MANILA, Philippines – Education Secretary Sonny Angara on Saturday, October 19, delivered a keynote message at the 2024 Social Good Summit held in De la Salle University Manila.
In his speech, Angara said that improving the quality of education in the country requires a whole-of-nation approach, and is not just the responsibility of the education department. He also highlighted some harsh realities in the education sector that are exacerbating the learning crisis.
